Refund Policy

Our books are digital products delivered in full, instantly. We do not offer refunds for change of mind after delivery, but your statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed content, and refunds of duplicate or erroneous payments, are never affected by this policy.
Your 14-day withdrawal right (EU & UK)
If you buy from the EU or the UK, consumer law gives you a 14-day right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content. At checkout you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose this withdrawal right once delivery begins. We record that consent and confirm it in your purchase emails.
Change of mind
Because digital content is delivered in full immediately after payment, we do not offer refunds if you change your mind after delivery.
Faulty or misdescribed content: your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits your non-waivable statutory rights. If your purchase is defective, inaccessible, or not as described, contact us: we will fix the problem with a replacement or re-delivery first, and where the law requires it, a refund.
Duplicate or erroneous payments
If you are accidentally charged twice for the same purchase, or charged in error, we refund the duplicate or erroneous payment on every payment method. This is never treated as a change-of-mind request.
Cryptocurrency payments
Crypto transactions are irreversible on-chain, so statutory remedies are honored first by replacement or re-delivery; where a refund is legally required, or a payment was duplicated or erroneous, we issue it at the fiat value of the original purchase.

Scope and governing law
The withdrawal-consent mechanism described here implements the EU Consumer Rights Directive and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If the consumer law of your country grants you additional non-waivable rights, those rights are unaffected.
