Digital Products Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final once you have accessed or downloaded the content. This includes:
- Ebooks (EPUB and PDF formats)
- Audiobooks (MP3 and M4B formats)
- Bundled ebook and audiobook collections
- Any bundled digital content
When We May Offer Refunds
We understand that sometimes things don't work out. We may offer a refund in the following circumstances:
- Technical issues that prevent you from accessing the content, which we cannot resolve
- Duplicate purchases made in error
- Content that is significantly different from what was advertised
- Audiobook playback issues that we are unable to resolve after troubleshooting
Cryptocurrency Payments
Due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions, refunds for cryptocurrency payments cannot be processed back to your wallet. If you are eligible for a refund on a crypto purchase, we will offer store credit or an equivalent credit applied to a future purchase. Please contact us for assistance.
How to Request a Refund
