Upon completing a purchase, we grant you a limited license to access and use the digital content you have purchased, subject to the following conditions:

• The license is for personal, non-commercial use only
• The license is non-transferable and cannot be shared, sold, or assigned to others
• You may not redistribute, republish, or share the content with others
• You may not modify, adapt, or create derivative works from the content

We accept payments through the following methods:

• Credit/debit card payments processed securely through Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
• Cryptocurrency payments processed through Coinbase Commerce (BTC, ETH, and other supported tokens)
• Cryptocurrency payments require sufficient block confirmations before fulfillment (3 confirmations for BTC, 12 for ETH). Crypto transactions are irreversible by nature
• Prices are displayed in USD by default, with GBP and EUR available based on your location
• All sales are final. No refunds will be issued once digital content has been accessed or downloaded
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice

Your purchased content is accessible through our token-based library system:

• Access is provided via a unique, secure token sent to your email
• Your access token provides permanent access to your purchased content
• You are responsible for keeping your access link secure and confidential
• Sharing your access link with others is prohibited and may result in access revocation
• Audiobook content is accessible via a private RSS feed for use in your preferred podcast app

Audiobook content is delivered through private podcast RSS feeds and direct downloads:

• Each purchase includes a private RSS feed URL for listening in any podcast app (Apple Podcasts, Overcast, Pocket Casts, etc.)
• Direct download links use time-limited signed URLs that expire after 15 minutes for security
• Private RSS feed URLs must not be shared publicly or redistributed
• Audiobooks are available in MP3 and M4B (with chapter markers) formats

Clarity Books serves customers worldwide. Please note the following:

• Pricing may be displayed in USD, GBP, or EUR based on your detected location
• We use geo-detection to suggest your preferred language (English or Spanish) and currency, which you can change at any time
• Prices shown do not include local taxes or duties that may apply in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for any applicable taxes
• All products are delivered digitally — no physical shipping is involved

All content provided through Clarity Books is protected by intellectual property laws:

• All ebooks, audiobooks, and related materials remain the intellectual property of Clarity Books
• Our trademarks, logos, and brand elements may not be used without written permission
• Unauthorized copying, distribution, or reproduction of our content is strictly prohibited

Please understand the following limitations:

• Our digital products are provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee specific results from using our educational materials
• Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question
